1. Services Provided Diving with Joe provides scuba diving instruction, training, guided dives, and related educational services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and participant eligibility.  

2. Eligibility and Participant Responsibilities By booking or participating in any diving activity, you confirm that you meet all age, certification, and medical requirements and agree to follow all safety instructions. 

3. Assumption of Risk Scuba diving is an inherently risky activity that may result in injury, illness, property damage, or death.  Participation is entirely at your own risk.  

4. Liability Waivers and Releases Participants may be required to sign liability waivers and medical statements before participating in any activity.  

5. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations Payment terms, cancellations, and refunds will be communicated at the time of booking. No refunds may be provided for no-shows or rule violations. For additional information see refund policy. 

6. Equipment Use Any equipment provided must be used properly and returned in good condition. Participants may be responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.  

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property All website content is the property of Diving with Joe and may not be reproduced without permission.  

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diving with Joe shall not be liable for damages arising from participation in activities or use of the website.  

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
